Q.

Why should I outsource?

A.

The key reasons why an organization should outsource are to: improve host company focus, gain access to world-class capabilities, free internal resources for other purposes, time management, and reduce fixed operating costs.

Q.

What about security?

A.

Nothing is more important to Accountants than the security of their clients' information and identity. We have built each and every aspect of the our systems on this premise. Both the technical and non-technical security measures incorporated into our process exceed those at most accounting firms. From security of information to the physical security of our data centers here and overseas, every measure has been taken to insure your clients' protection. No one can have access to your data without your permission. ASPs take great lengths when it comes to security measures. Your data is backed up regularly and moved off-site to a remote location. In-house your data is stored on a multiple hard drive every time you select save, to protect it from hardware failure. Also, the facility is required to have backup generators to protect against power failures.

Security measures are taken to make sure that your information is protected. Each company’s data is password-protected. As your data travels over the Internet, it is protected by a technology called Secure Sockets Layer or SSL encryption.
